Return, Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Return item due to seller fault; we will take your Product and bring another one. If buyer need delivery another day, we will change order amount asper application. (TAZJ updating price daily, on this way customer will get actual price, that may be less/high).
  • We will not return any order due to buyer fault.
  • We will return your money if you cancel before confirmation, after confirmation we will charge for our expense such as fish&food, delivery etc.
  • We will take extra 20% of your order price. Tazj will refund to you after weighing Product and finalizing price. This will help to get actual price of Product. Example: Customer order 3 Kg product, may be Product weight will be 2.8kg or 3.2kg. We will take actual price and return balance money to your account/card.
  • Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed. Cancellation is an option given to the customer to have a change of mind after making the payment and before receiving the goods..

Sample: Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours or before our process start; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
